• The personal data provided by the customer is managed by the data controller, LightSpeed and RMedical.
• The personal data collected and processed in connection with your case is strictly confidential. This data is collected for statistical, accounting, and case management purposes.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
• For any questions regarding your rights concerning your personal data, please contact RMedical. • In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and in accordance with the Belgian Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, the client has the right to access their data and the right to rectification (contact RMedical). They may also object to their data being used for purposes other than the proper management of their file, if applicable.
• Where the grounds provided for by law apply, the client has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase such personal data without undue delay.
• The client must provide proof of identity to the data controller to exercise their rights.

• Customer personal data is stored in our databases located exclusively within the European Union. Is your personal data stored securely?
• RMedical is committed to implementing all appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of customer data. In this regard, it is bound by an obligation of means.
HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA STORED?
• Data collected via the online form will not be stored unless it results in a contract/service agreement between RMed and RMed.
