ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. Cooling-off period: The period during which the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal;

2. Customer: A natural person who is not acting for purposes related to a commercial, craft, or professional activity and who has placed an order on the Rmed.be website;

3. Day: A working day;

4. Right of withdrawal: The option given to the customer to return one or more products during the cooling-off period;

5. Company: A natural or legal person who offers products on the Rmedical.be website;

6. Order: A request for goods accompanied by payment on the Rmedical.be website;

ARTICLE 3 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every order placed on the Rmedical.be website.

2. The text of these general terms and conditions is available for informational purposes on the website.

3. The text of these general terms and conditions is also available to the customer upon request electronically or in the order confirmation email sent by our customer service department.

4. The text of these general terms and conditions is attached to the customer's invoice.

ARTICLE 4 - OFFERS

1. If an offer is subject to specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

2. For the sale of sleep apnea treatment devices (CPAP and auto CPAP), a medical prescription indicating the clinical parameters is mandatory. It must be sent to our customer service department within 15 days of the order date by:

• by mail to the following address: RMedical – chemin du Grand Marais, 50 - 7822 Isières, Belgium

3. The offer includes a precise and complete description of the products. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the customer to properly evaluate the offer. If the company uses illustrations, they will be a true representation of the products. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the company. However, the company cannot guarantee a perfect match between the colors of the reproduction and the actual colors of the goods offered. 4. All images, specifications, and data included in the offer are for illustrative purposes only and cannot give rise to any compensation.

5. Each offer contains sufficient information for the customer to understand the rights and obligations inherent in accepting the offer.

ARTICLE 5 - ORDERS

1. Subject to the provisions of Article 4, when the customer places an order, they accept the offer and the specific conditions to which it is subject.

2. The company will confirm the order electronically no later than 15 business days after the order date. Except in the case mentioned in Article 4, paragraph 2, the company will confirm the order after receiving the customer's medical prescription, no later than 15 business days after the date of receipt.

3. The customer may cancel the order until it has been confirmed by the company. The company reserves the right to automatically cancel the order if the customer has not submitted the medical prescription within 15 days of the order date, and will issue a refund within 15 business days of the cancellation date.

4. The company has implemented technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data and secure payment on the website.

6. After the company confirms the order, delivery will be arranged.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The customer has a 15-day cooling-off period. The company may ask the customer to provide the reason for their withdrawal. 2. The cooling-off period mentioned in paragraph 1 begins the day after the customer receives the order.
