The Sefam NEA auto-cpap

The Sefam Néa is a state-of-the-art Auto CPAP (APAP) machine designed to provide effective therapy and optimal comfort while eliminating the risks associated with traditional foams. Thanks to the patented Néalvéole® technology, this machine does not require acoustic insulation foam: it uses a hexagonal honeycomb structure , which guarantees ultra-quiet operation (~24.5 dB) and enhanced hardware safety.

This device offers a pressure range of 4 to 20 cmH₂O , adjustable in 0.5 increments, and comfort features such as intelligent ramp , Auto-Start/Stop , and pressure control on exhalation via Comfort Control + (CC+) .

Advanced connectivity (Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, GSM) allows remote monitoring via the Sefam Access Lite / Sefam Connect app, for data sharing (AHI, usage times, leaks, etc.) with your healthcare professional.

Ultra-compact (≈ 1 kg) and modular, the Néa accepts an optional heated humidifier and a 15 or 22 mm patient tubing

Thanks to its foam-free design, the Sefam Néa reduces the risk of material degradation , improves hygiene and increases durability — all while maintaining a very low noise level, for a more peaceful sleep.
