RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The customer has a 14-day cooling-off period. The company may ask the customer to provide the reason for their withdrawal.

2. The cooling-off period mentioned in paragraph 1 begins the day after the customer receives the order.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

1. During the cooling-off period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only inspect the product to assess its characteristics and functionality. The principle is that the customer should only handle and inspect the product as they would in a store.

2. Returned products will be systematically inspected by the technical workshop, and the customer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than as permitted under paragraph 1.

3. If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must notify RMed electronically to the following address before the end of the withdrawal period: info@rmed.be.

4. Within 14 days of the date of electronic notification of withdrawal under paragraph 3, the customer must return the product or deliver it in person, along with the withdrawal form, to the following address: RMed – chemin du Grand Marais, 50 - 7822 Isières, Belgium.

5. The customer must return the product before the end of the withdrawal period with all accessories provided, in its original condition and packaging, along with the withdrawal form.

6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a dispute regarding the cooling-off period, the customer must provide proof of compliance with it (e.g., shipping receipt).

COMPANY OBLIGATIONS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The company will send an electronic confirmation of withdrawal no later than 15 business days after the date of receipt of the request.

2. The company will reimburse all payments made by the customer, including any delivery charges billed by the company for the returned product, no later than 15 business days after the day of receipt and completion of the product's inspection at the workshop.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The company excludes from the right of withdrawal products that are sealed or have sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal or packaging has been broken after delivery (masks, mandibular advancement devices, tubing, filters, humidifiers, appliances, any single-use product, etc.). The same applies to any product exposed to soiling or suspicious odors (grease, cigarette smoke, etc.) as well as to any product or appliance that has been used.
